Vertical Band Saw Guard

OSHA-compliant vertical band saw guard for floor-model industrial bandsaws cutting wood or metal. Two sizes cover machines from 12" and up — the typical floor-model band saw in production shops.

Two sizes

• VB-ES1 — Standard. Fits 15" machines and larger. Includes a 6"W × 7"H lexan shield.
• VB-ES0 — Small. Fits 14" machines and under (excludes benchtop models). Includes a 4.5"W × 5"H lexan shield.

Specifications

• Construction: 30mm industrial T-slotted aluminum extrusion — adjusts in/out and up/down to match the work-piece height
• Arm geometry: 12" vertical post, 14" horizontal reach
• Shield: 1/4" polycarbonate (Lexan) with 120° chamfered bottom corners
• Finish: OSHA Safety Orange powder coat (PPG)
• Mounting: Front-door bracket and hardware included; two-hole drill installation. Also mounts to the side of the upper housing.
• Operation: Steel adjustable lever; shield flips 180° upward for full machine access during setup or cleaning
• Weight: 6 lb
